California continues it's course of fresh market strawberry shipments in place of delivering fruit for processing. The current year is now the lowest processing year of the past five years for both freezer grade fruit and juice grade fruit according to the Processing Strawberry Advisory Board of California. The current week we are in may be slow as well.
